Uncle Monk
The first of six clinics were within the Phenom Penh city limits at Uncle Monk's Buddhist temple. The so-called Uncle Monk is actually the uncle of Sam, our Cambodian missionary.

Uncle Monk had us served a delicious meal of local cuisine, including a wonderful fish stew and a green salad with sliced raw eggplant and okra, one of my favorites.
