Ba Na Hills

Sitting 4,878 ft in altitude, Ba Na Hills is a fantasy world of amusement parks, hotels, restaurants, flower gardens, and the longest and highest cable car ride in the world. It's over three miles from bottom to top and takes just over 20 minutes to get to the first station up top. The highest section of the cable car ride is over 4200ft.

Sherry and I got separated on the way up and I got to enjoy two occupants in my car freaking out as we climb higher and higher. One held on for dear life to a handrail while another held onto a friend every time the car passed over one of the towers.

Leaving base station

The lady on left held tightly to the handrail and kept her eyes closed for most of the 20+ minutes' ride
The views were spectacular
As we near the top I can truly say I was stunned on seeing the large building and other structures on the mountain. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't this.

One of 3 or 4 ridges before the stop comes into view

My first surprise, gliding over a building on the mountain face

Then a hand of the Golden Bridge
Still a little surprised, I disembarked the car in search of Sherry, who was patiently waiting for me. Let's explore this crowded place.

The Golden Bridge

The Golden Bridge is a marvel of a kind. It is a semi-circular bridge resting in the palms of outstretched hands over the edge of the mountain.

There was so much to see, you need at least 4 hours. We skipped the amusement park missed a few things and were out after 2.5 hours and had a car to ourselves on the way down.
